Once upon a time,
there lived a girl named Cinderella. She lived with her bad stepmother
and two step sisters. Her father was passed away. The stepmother and
stepsisters made her became a helper in her own house.
One day, the King invited all the ladies in the Kingdom to go the dance party in the castle. He wanted to found a girl to be the prince’s wife. Cinderella wanted to go, but she didn’t had a beautiful dress to wear to the party. She asked her friend, a mouse, to help her. The mouse asked her to brought any clothes that she had.
The dress was finished. But the stepmother didn’t gave her any permission to joined the party. And the stepsisters torn her dress. Cinderella cried.
“Why are you crying Cinderella?” a voice asked.
She looked up and saw a fairy godmother standing beside her, ”Because I want so much to go to the party,” Cinderella said.
“Well,” said the god mother, ”you’ve been such a cheerful, hardworking, uncomplaining girl that I’m going to see that you do go to the party,”
Then, with her magic wand, the god mother changed a pumpkin into a good coach and mice into a coachman and two footmen. She also gave Cinderella a lovely dress. Then, she gave her a pair of glass slippers. “You must leave before midnight,” said the fairy godmother.
At the party, Cinderella danced again and again with the prince. The prince fell in love with her. Suddenly, the clock began to strike twelve. Cinderella ran toward the door as quickly as she could. Unfortunately, one of her glass slipper was left behind.
A few days later, the prince proclaimed that he would marry the girl whose feet fitted the glass slipper. Cinderella’s stepsisters tried on the slipper, but it was too small for them. No matter how hard they squeezed their toes into it. In the end, the royal bodyguard let Cinderella to try on the slipper. It fitted perfectly.
The prince was very happy and said, “Cinderella, will you marry me?”
Cinderella couldn’t reject it. And then, they got married and live happily ever after ♥
